Shipping and Delivery

We value the process and creation of our designs thus, some of our pieces are produced upon order confirmation. A lead time of five (5) working days is required for production. For styles that are readily available, expect your orders to arrive within 3-5 business days. You will receive a notification from our team when your orders are ready to be shipped. All orders will be processed in 1-2 business days.

*Note: No deliveries on weekends and holidays

*Note: Should there be customs fees or taxes incurred when orders arrive (in the country of destination), these will be shouldered by the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

• One time exchange only with no returns.
• No returns and exchanges on swimwear, accessories, and sale items.
• Exchanges are only accepted for sizing concerns and manufacturing defects (for further assessment).
• In place of a refund, store credits will be given in the event that the size of the requested item is no longer available. No refunds in cash.
• Exchange of items will be accepted for those shipped back to us within seven (7) business days in the same condition it was delivered to you, with tags and packaging. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
• We do not accept exchange of orders due to change of mind.
• For international orders, exchanges, returns, and refunds will not be accepted at this time.
